As a homecare manager, you will be a key ambassador for promoting the Verity Healthcare brand and in supporting and developing high performing teams to provide quality services and championing the wellbeing of our clients.

We’re seeking an individual who can work closely with the Executive Team to design and implement a robust business plan for business growth.  That’s why we require someone who has a “can-do”  attitude and is dedicated, highly driven and with a strong motivation for establishing and growing the branch.

You must understand the regulatory expectations of the domiciliary care providers and be accountable to the CQC for ensuring the delivery of services that are safe, effective, responsive, caring and well-led.

The homecare manager should have astute insight into local surveillance and knowing the community well and establishing the local branch as a homecare of choice.
