Our nursing-led team work in collaboration with occupational therapist and physiotherapist to provide the best personalised and bespoke care patients with Parkinson’s disease. Our care services are based on the principle that being diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease should not mark the end of a person’s life. Certainly, it doesn’t mean that you or your loved one should move into a residential care home. Specific and specialist support for you

As it becomes more challenging to do things, our nurses or care workers can assist with personal care – bathing, dressing, getting into or out of bed, shaving or help manage your medication so you can take them at different times of day. The care workers can hand with practical daily tasks such as like shopping, cooking, cleaning and laundry. We’re mindful that your condition may change quickly and the care staff will adapt the care offered to meet your changing needs.

To aid in providing a smoother recovery, Verity Healthcare care workers can assist you or your loved one with:

  • Physiotherapy exercises: supporting you with moving and handling activities and in using wheelchair, walking stick or Zimmer frame to strengthen your joints
