We’re seeking an individual who can work closely with the Executive Team to design and implement a robust business plan for business growth. That’s why we require someone who has a “can-do” attitude and is dedicated, highly driven and with a strong motivation for establishing and growing the branch.
You must understand the regulatory expectations of the domiciliary care providers and be accountable to the CQC for ensuring the delivery of services that are safe, effective, responsive, caring and well-led.

The manager’s paramount priority should be the safety, well-being and welfare of our clients. You must have a friendly and enthusiastic demeanour to inspire and develop a team of staff along with the long term commitment to consistently provide a very high standard of care on daily basis.
You must have a strong track record of leading and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team to provide outstanding, person-centred care while effectively managing a budget and resources. The homecare manager should have astute insight into local surveillance and knowing the community well and establishing the local branch as a homecare of choice. You’ll also be involved in building close relationships with healthcare professionals in the local community.
