Person-centred Care

Our business model is focused on promoting person-centred care where our clients/patients are actively involved and planning their care and support in close cooperation with our Registered Managers and health and social care professionals. Our person-centred care and support approach is based on a holistic approach to health care that takes the whole person into account instead of a narrow perspective where the focus lies on the illness or the symptoms. Our person-centred approach takes into consideration the person’s abilities, or resources, wishes, health and well-being as well as social and cultural factors to engage them in activities that enables our clients and patients to regain independence.

Care Delivery Vantage Points

Our care delivery model facilitates the need for encouraging service users to take responsibility for, and control of, their own health and wellbeing by working with multidisciplinary teams to solicit a wide range of resources to provide holistic services for our clients.
