CHC/AQP Commissioning
We can support you with CHC/AQP Commissioning promptly!

What is CHC (Continuing Healthcare)?
Continuing Healthcare (CHC) is a care package provided to individuals with complex health needs who require ongoing support. It is funded by the NHS and is designed to provide individuals with the highest level of healthcare and personal care in their homes, care homes, or other suitable facilities.
At Verity Healthcare, we collaborate with healthcare commissioners and professionals to ensure that individuals in need of CHC receive the right care and services that align with their medical, psychological, and personal requirements.
What is AQP (Any Qualified Provider)?
AQP (Any Qualified Provider) is a model that allows patients to choose healthcare providers from a list of qualified organizations. As a registered AQP provider, Verity Healthcare is committed to offering a range of services that meet the high standards required by NHS commissioners.
Through AQP commissioning, we ensure that individuals receive the care they deserve from qualified providers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both patients and commissioners.
