Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients with a variety of needs, illnesses, and disabilities.
- Assist clients with toileting, continence care, and personal hygiene, ensuring dignity and respect.
- Support clients with daily routines, including getting up in the morning and going to bed at night.
- Administer medication as per agreed care plans and company guidelines.
- Maintain detailed and accurate care and medication records.
- Prepare meals and drinks according to clients’ dietary and cultural preferences.
- Carry out light household duties including cleaning and laundry when required.
- Promote health and safety awareness and promptly report any concerns.
- Undertake additional duties as requested within the scope of the role.
Skills & Experience
- Ability to provide compassionate and respectful personal care.
- Experience in following care plans and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Familiarity with the safe use of hoists, mobility aids, and manual handling techniques.

Key Responsibilities
- Accept care packages and allocate care workers appropriately to ensure continuity of care.

- Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (QCF) or equivalent qualification.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with Care Planner or other electronic care management software.
- Previous experience in a Care Coordinator or Field Care Supervisor role.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Applicants must have held a Care Coordinator position in a domiciliary care company or agency for at least one year. This role requires a confident individual who can hit the ground running and perform effectively from day one, working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept new care packages and assign care workers appropriately to service users.
- Produce and manage care worker rotas efficiently.
- Ensure service user care plans and care worker files are fully completed and maintained.
- Use electronic monitoring systems to track care workers’ attendance and visit timeliness.
- Arrange care reviews and risk assessments in coordination with field supervisors.
- Conduct telephone monitoring and service user visits to ensure quality and satisfaction.
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support the HR team in recruiting, onboarding, and supervising care workers.
- Represent the company during meetings with officials and service commissioners.
- Attend regular training events to maintain and update professional knowledge.
- Ensure services remain fully compliant with CQC regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain the highest standards of care at all times.

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum one year’s experience as a Care Coordinator in a domiciliary care agency.
- Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (QCF) or equivalent qualification.
- Full UK driving licence (mandatory).
Desirable Experience & Skills
- Familiarity with Care Planner or similar electronic scheduling software.
- Previous hands-on experience working as a Care Worker.
