Our beginnings
Verity Healthcare was set up in 2008, with the founding vision to provide health and social care services to prevent ill health and to support people with daily living tasks in the local community. Our goal is to provide choice for high-quality services. Since then, we’ve grown into a vibrant homecare company that’s providing a comprehensive range of homecare services to people of all ages and background across London.

Our History: The Journey of Verity Healthcare
2008: The Beginning
Verity Healthcare was founded with a focus on providing educational support to students with learning and physical disabilities. Our aim was to help these individuals enroll in mainstream and private education centers, ensuring they could achieve their full potential.
2010: Expansion into Health and Social Care
In 2010, we expanded our services to offer health and social care support for children, young people, and adults (ages 0-65+). We became a registered company with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), gaining the necessary regulations and quality assurance to provide services to individuals from all backgrounds, including those with physical and learning disabilities, as well as those living with dementia.
2011: First Local Authority Contracts
We secured contracts with a local authority’s Social Services to provide domiciliary care across 22 communities, with a particular focus on adults, including the terminally ill and those living with dementia, physical disabilities, and learning disabilities.
2012: Expanded Services and Recognition
In 2012, Verity Healthcare expanded its service offerings to include specialized care for young people with stroke and dementia. We also became a recognized leader in providing support for young individuals struggling with substance abuse. This year, we were proud to be awarded the title of Care Organisation of the Year 2012.
2013: Strengthening Our Impact
Our Child and Young Care Department saw significant growth in 2013, offering specialized care for early dementia, stroke recovery, and substance abuse. We also began hosting community events and entertainment activities, enriching the lives of our clients and strengthening our role as a central hub in the community.
2015-2016: Expanding Our Reach and Expertise
In 2015, Verity Healthcare received accreditation from Birmingham City Council and the London Borough of Newham to provide a wide range of services for children and young people with disabilities. We also expanded our services, offering nursing, health and social care, management, and corporate recruitment services to several London Boroughs, including Camden, Enfield, and Waltham Forest. In addition, we became a registered Nursing and Health and Social Care Training Centre with CACHE, equipping healthcare professionals with the skills needed for effective service delivery.
