Salary & Contract Details

  • Full-Time Contract: 45 hours per week
  • Part-Time Contract: 25 hours per week
  • Hourly Pay: £12.75 – £13.30

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with a variety of needs, illnesses, and disabilities.
  • Assist clients with toileting, continence care, and personal hygiene, ensuring dignity and respect.
  • Support clients with daily routines, including getting up in the morning and going to bed at night.
  • Administer medication as per agreed care plans and company guidelines.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate care and medication records.
  • Prepare meals and drinks according to clients’ dietary and cultural preferences.
  • Carry out light household duties including cleaning and laundry when required.
  • Promote health and safety awareness and promptly report any concerns.
  • Undertake additional duties as requested within the scope of the role.

Skills & Experience

  • Ability to provide compassionate and respectful personal care.
  • Experience in following care plans and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Familiarity with the safe use of hoists, mobility aids, and manual handling techniques.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and families.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to professional standards.
  • Confident using paper-based or digital systems for record-keeping.
