Salary & Contract Details

• Full-Time Contract: 45 hours per week
• Part-Time Contract: 25 hours per week
• Hourly Pay: £13.10 – £13.60

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients with a variety of needs, illnesses, and disabilities.
• Assist clients with toileting, continence management, and personal hygiene while maintaining dignity.
• Support clients in getting up in the morning and preparing for bed at night.
• Assist with medication in accordance with individual care plans and training standards.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records for all care and medication activities.
• Prepare nutritious meals and beverages that reflect clients’ preferences and dietary needs.
• Carry out domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry in line with agreed care plans.
• Comply with all health & safety regulations and report any concerns to your supervisor.
• Perform other duties reasonably requested by senior management within your role’s scope.

Skills & Experience

• Experience assisting clients with personal care while maintaining dignity and respect.
• Competence in medication support, monitoring health conditions, and following care plans.
• Training in the safe use of mobility aids, hoists, and transfer techniques.
• Strong communication skills and empathy for clients and their families.
• Reliable documentation and record-keeping using digital or written care systems.
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards of care.
