We provide a wide range of care services to help our clients maintain their independence and quality of life in their own homes.

We are seeking passionate and caring healthcare assistants to join our enthusiastic team of domiciliary carers. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients with varying needs, illnesses, and disabilities.
• Assist clients with toileting, continence management, and maintaining personal hygiene.
• Support clients with morning and bedtime routines.
• Assist with medication as outlined in the client’s care plan and Medication Care Needs Assessment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of care and medication provided.
• Prepare meals and drinks considering each client’s dietary and cultural preferences.
• Carry out light household duties such as laundry and cleaning as required.
• Observe and follow all health & safety procedures, promoting the wellbeing of clients and colleagues.
• Perform other reasonable duties requested by management within the scope of the role.

Skills & Experience

• Experience assisting with personal care while maintaining client dignity and privacy.
• Confidence in administering medication and following detailed care plans.
• Training in safe use of hoists, mobility aids, and moving/handling techniques.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and families.
• Professional approach with attention to detail, confidentiality, and compassion.
