We therefore recruit and retain the highest calibre staff to offer highly professional, personalized and focused services to our valuable clients. Safer Care invests in its staff by offering wide range of trainings including: Moving & Handling, Food Hygiene, Medication, Health & Safety, Infection Control, Fire Awareness, Adult Protection and Dementia. All our staff receive enhanced CRB and all other checks required by Care Quality Commission regulations before they are assigned any work.

The Management Team

Our strong and experienced management team are made up personnel with many years of experience in the Health and Social Care and other impressive backgrounds.

Our Registered Manager

Has more than 10 years’ experience in the Health and Social Care sector. He holds a Masters qualification in Health Promotion. He has worked on many UN projects as a Senior Executive. He is a Verifier and Assessor and examines the work of people who want to qualify as Social Carers. Having worked as a Senior Leader in several schools in the UK and abroad, he has now been appointed as the Registered Manager of Safer Care.

Senior Care Assessor

She qualified as a State Registered Nurse (SRN) in 1993 practised as a Senior Nurse at the Intensive Care Ward. She has worked in the Care sector for more than 15 years. She is a trained teacher and assessor in Social Care for the Elderly and the Disabled. She was appointed Senior Care Assessor and Supervisor in 2005 with overall responsibility for our training programmes.

Executive Director

He holds a BSc (Hons), Diploma in Education, Masters in Health Promotion and Masters in Leadership and Management Having worked as a Senior Leader in the Health, Education and Social Services sector, he has taken on the role of Executive Director to ensure the growth of this company. He has many years of working as a Board Member and Chair of Board of Trustees and has deep insight into helping companies to grow.
