Verity Healthcare has many years’ experience of providing nurse-led care either visiting care where a carer will visit several times a day to support you and your loved ones or offer long term 24 hour live-in care for our clients with these complex neurological disorders.
We understand that each client manifests their condition in completely different ways so we do not have a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to care and support. Working in close partnership with the client, the client’s family, medical team, District Nursing service and other specialists, we have supported and enabled clients to remain in their own homes for the rest of their lives instead of going into unfamiliar surroundings such as residential care home or who might otherwise have had prolonged admissions to hospital.
Clients and their families from diverse background and with different needs have found enormous comfort with the quality of care that we provide, which goes far beyond anything they could expect elsewhere.
